Job Description
- · Achieving targeted GWP, Product-Mix and Channel Mix at branch level
- · Focus, strategize and implement distribution plan to increase market share through Agency
- · Understanding of Agency Business, Agent Recruitment; Training, Transaction and Activation along with team.
- · High engagement with Brokers and Individual Agents to ensure better penetration on preferred Motor line business.
- · Engage with both Pan India and Regional Broker CXO, to improve visibility and increase wallet share
- · Managing and recruitment of supervisors and Sales managers
- · I Monitor, Review & Intervene to achieve targets of Loss Ratio and COA
- · Increase Retention %age through close monitoring, specific activities and necessary liaising with both IA and Motor Broking Channels
- · Data Driven and Good acumen skill. Drive Sales Promotion activity among IA is best possible way through ASM and SM.
- · Provide periodic feedback in structured format on Pricing, Market and Product
- · Build Long time Robust relationship both Internal and External – Team and Channel Partners
