Responsibilities:

• Claims Management: Handle high-value and complex liability insurance claims, including assessments, negotiations, and settlements.
• Investigation and Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough investigations while assessing risks and ensuring proper documentation of claims.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, insurers, underwriters, and legal representatives to develop effective claims resolution strategies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in liability claims management, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector.
• In-depth understanding of insurance claims processes, policies, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess claims with precision and fairness.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build meaningful professional relationships.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding client services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, or related fields would be an advantage.
