Assistant Vice President - Leasing and Transactions

Responsibilities :

Leasing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yields.
• Identify potential tenants and manage end-to-end leasing processes.
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and agreements in line with company policies.

Transaction Management

• Lead commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and renewals.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for transactions.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for negotiations and deal closures.
• Provide market insights and advisory support to senior leadership.

Market Research & Reporting

• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, pipeline, and transaction status.
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• 812 years of experience in leasing, real estate transactions, or asset management.
• Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
• Proven track record of closing high-value leasing deals.
• Knowledge of commercial property laws, compliance, and documentation.
