Job Description
- Portal Management & Development
- Oversee design, development, and maintenance of customer-facing and partner portals.
- Ensure portals are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
- Techno-Functional Leadership
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technology teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation for new features and enhancements.
- Cloud Strategy & Implementation
- Lead migration and modernization initiatives on GCP.
- Implement best practices for cloud architecture, security, and cost optimization.
- Integration & API Management
- Manage integrations with core insurance systems (GC / Duck Creek), payment gateways, and third-party services.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.
- Conduct periodic audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Team Management
- Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth execution.
