Responsibilities

Process Management and Optimization:

Oversee the entire invoice to cash process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals.

Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.

Act as a liaison between different departments to resolve any process-related issues.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the invoice to cash process.

Regularly analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into process performance.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
