Job Description

- Actively participate in test plan discussions, providing valuable insights to the Test Lead.

- Partner with Test Lead to champion the adoption of testing best practices

- Engage with Business Analysts and Business teams (UW, OPS, Sales) to gather and clarify requirements for effective testing.

- Proficient in creating and maintaining all testing artifacts, including RTMs, test cases, and test scripts.

- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, resolving their queries, and helping them overcome challenges to facilitate their growth.

- Communicate testing progress updates, including relevant data, statistics\metrics to the Test Lead.

- Work alongside Test Lead to plan for testing resources, including testers and environments.

- Liaise with third-party vendors and testing partners to ensure smooth testing execution.

- Take ownership of reviewing test cases/scripts from third-party vendors/partners, providing feedback, and tracking closure of all review comments.

- Analyze and provide insights on reported defects during triage calls to aid in prioritization and resolution.
