• Managing Team and branches with profitability both in terms of top line & bottom line for retail health. 

• Driving team by focusing on GWP through recruitment, TA & Licensing 

• Increasing advisors in the region with regular activation 

• Overall growth of region 

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates 

• MBA will be preferred or Graduate from a reputed Institution 

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills 

• Good communication and comprehension skills 

• Experience of managing Health Insurance business in sales 

• Relevant work experience of 8-10 years 

• Team handling of 4-5 years
