Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented AVP-VP to develop, quality-check, and refine AI-generated deliverables for our financial services clients. This role combines financial analysis, prompt engineering, and peer review in a fast-paced, AI-enhanced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Workflow Execution (25%)
• Build, execute, and quality-control customized research and financial analysis workflows using predefined templates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to client requirements.
• AI Prompting & Optimization (25%)
• Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to drive efficiency and insight, ensuring at least 40% AI-generated content is effectively leveraged in final deliverables.
• Peer Review & Quality Governance (15%)
• Act as a rotating quality captain, reviewing team outputs to maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance across deliverables.
• Stakeholder & Client Management (15%)
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, handle client interactions, address customer queries, and ensure clear communication, expectation alignment, and high client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing (20%)
• Support team handling through guidance, collaboration, and mentoring, while documenting innovations, best practices, and efficiency gains in the team playbook to enable scalability and consistency.

Required Qualifications :

• 5-8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big 4 Transaction Services, or Equity Research.
• Proficiency with financial data platforms (e.g., CapIQ, FactSet, PitchBook); ability to source and build comps independently.
• Intermediate Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH) and PowerPoint formatting (e.g., slide master usage).
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with AI-generated content.
• Excellent written English for client-facing communications and deliverables.

Nice-to-Have :

• MBA or a top-tier finance degree.
• Progress toward CFA or FMVA.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including dynamic arrays and macros.
