Assistant Vice President - Executive Management Group

Key Roles & Responsibilities  

• Manage and maintain the CHRO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 

• Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external meetings. 

• Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion. 

• Serve as a liaison between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders. 

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 

• Organize HR leadership team meetings, town halls, and other key events. 

• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval and security. 

• Assist in the preparation of HR dashboards, reports, and communication materials. 

• Support the CHRO in strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.                                                   

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 

• 6+ years of experience in an executive assistant or secretarial role, preferably supporting C-suite executives. 

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills   

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. 

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Knowledge of project management tools and practices.
