Assistant Vice President - Bancassurance

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Bancassurance strategy & execution

· Responsible for executing aggressive business plans and achieving the budget

· Responsible for the top-line and bottom-line financial numbers

· Estimating sales volume and profit for existing and new items (MCOR-Marginal Combined Operating Ratio)

· Responsible for designing, implementing and executing strategies for continuous growth

· In charge of the profitability management of the zone

· Responsible for periodic reviewing of the team's performance and setting agendas

· Responsible for managing a volume of 5 Crore

· Responsible for the training needs of the team

· Ensuring the timely hiring of the resources

· Responsible for encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition

· Accountable for the increase in Gross written Premium and Market share

· Source business from all the product that they manage as per the budget

· Responsible for direct reporting of minimum 5 to 7 Sales Managers

Engagement with channel

· Ensuring team and channel management and increasing engagement with Channel partners through product training and R&R (Reward & Recognition) drives

· Maintaining channel relationship management and ensuring the same is adhered by the internal team members

Coordination with internal & external team

· Manage relationship across the bank internally & externally

· Relationship managing between Bancassurance

· Daily coordination with the internal team via huddle calls or one to one call

Compliance & Adherence

· Ensuring all the activities including conducting R&R (Reward & Recognition) of the new and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirements

Key Requirements- Education & Certificate:

· Post Graduate from a reputed institute will be preferred

Key Requirements- Experience & Skills:

· Efficient team management, channel management, communication skills

· Proven experience of 10+ years is required

· Preference will be given to the candidate with Bancassurance industry background

· PowerPoint and excel requirement are a must
