• ·Monitor Hdfc Bank HL Business Team on their regular disbursement & ensure our penetration & Premium as per organizational requirement . • Engagement with Hdfc Bank Business Team as per Matrix. • Creating a good-relationships across teams so as to ensure smooth delivery of reports. • Handling Internal Supervisory team and update process & compliance of concern vertical. • Handling Front line team and effective handholding to justify the productivity • Effective Handling Routine business team Q &A to avoid bandwidth in escalation • Understanding Insurance business in detail and Financial Statements - • Ensuring Timely delivery of the Routine deliverables with accuracy and analysis summary for the whole department internal as well as external. • company leadership team and other company functions
