Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Building
Recruit, mentor, and manage AI engineering teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Drive delivery of AI-powered features on time and within scope, aligning with product roadmaps.
Cultivate a results-driven culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
AI Product Development
Architect and lead the implementation of AI solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Prompt Flow, and Cognitive Services.
Design and optimize RAG systems for intelligent document retrieval and workflows for structured and unstructured data using Azure AI Document Intelligence and Cognitive Search.
Oversee the customization and deployment of large language models (LLMs) to meet product needs.
AI Operations and Delivery
Ensure robust monitoring, model retraining, and lifecycle management to maintain accuracy and performance.
Manage operational pipelines, including CI/CD, for scalable and production-ready AI deployments.
Address data drift and system reliability through proactive monitoring and optimization.
Governance and Best Practices
Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
Establish documentation and knowledge-sharing practices to support scalable team operations.
