Job Description
Responsibilities
- Align capacity/ capability planning between sales organization and partner network (TPOs)
- Coordinate demand workflow from CCBJI CCC streamline, smooth and set up prioritization matrix (business rules framework out of Standard Operating Procedure)
- Coordinate with Sales division on business request (Sales demand)
- Input for standardization of business process and interaction between (eliminate friction points) CCC, Sales and EQ
- Align with client stakeholders on timelines for process integration and optimization programs
- Frequently review and operate exception case management outside prioritization matrix and operate within EQ on regional basis
- Escalation resolution between regional sales and the different execution areas (Repair, QC, ...)
- Set up & contribute to the S&OP cycle plan (business and budget plan, sales & marketing plan, new services plan)
