Assistant Vice President - Risk Technology Delivery Manager

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions from Financial Crime Risk domain, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Oversee the implementation phases from requirements and design to implementation and testing and ensure they meet specific business needs, align with industry best practices and quality standards.

Supervise delivery teams with diverse skillset, provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, set project goals, and communicate progress.

Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Actimize solutions and understand their role in maintaining compliance.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.
