Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proposed hiring solutions for new businesses,

  • Accountable for delivery of talent across for Business Vertical and drive team/ vendor on critical KPIs.

  • Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery etc.

  • Auditing recruiters to maintaining quality of hire.

  • Check the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy.

  • Deep understanding of the BPO industry and local markets to suggest and build appropriate sourcing strategies to attract high calibre candidates.

  • Ability to Highlight risk accounts on time with appropriate data points.

  • Drive team to be compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines.

  • Ability to map profiles hired in Genpact to other organizations and quote any challenges/changes needed for hiring those profiles.

  • Validate the hires and approve referral/vendor payouts.
