Responsibilities
Ownership of day-to-day Operations to deliver predictable output and oversee key business metrics like aging and supplier escalations.
Actively engage with senior client stakeholders to understand the ever-changing business needs
Leverage your experience to proactively build andmaintain an efficient and effective delivery architecture to drive business results in line with clients prioritized objectives
Challenge the status quo to constantly discover process improvement opportunities
Collaborate with the Transformation team toidentify and executenew ideas, including smart automation

Minimum Qualifications/Skills
MBA in Finance or qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) with rich experience in a similar role
Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metricsoptimize Operations
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven understanding of P2P concepts, processes, key controls, and ability to manage a large team in a remote environment
