Assistant Vice President - Master Black Belt, Lean Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

·         Program lead the design & delivery of the transformation and continuous improvement roadmap for the aligned focused accounts 

·         Independently lead high impact projects to deliver prioritized business outcomes 

·         See opportunities for value creation, revenue generation/ assurance for client and Genpact 

·         Own & deliver on committed efficiency, improvement in accounts through CI lever 

·         Mentor and develop talent in the function through LSS DNA building and engagement drives 

·         Identify digital led transformation opportunities in existing relationships 

·         De-risk operations through deployment of Risk Control & Best Practice framework 

·         Manage a team of Black Belts and ensure resource alignment for relevant prioritized opportunities. 

·         Serve in consultant role during implementation to both assure minimal disruption and to streamline internal and external processes. Analyze customers’ business requirements and develop innovative and effective solutions to the challenges they face. Bring industry knowledge, world-class capabilities, innovation, and cutting-edge technology to our clients along the F&A spectrum to help them improve their performance.  

·         Provide coordination with digital and automation delivery teams to establish data interface options with customers, including establishing data specs and evaluating data sets.  

·         Liaison with the operations, sales, marketing, and product management team to ensure the best experience for the customer and that customer requirement are considered for product evolution.  

·         At times, handle multiple projects/products in parallel for different customers in different regions and time zones.  

·         Appropriately record project activities, accurately track, and concisely report project statuses, and manage projects within the defined model.  

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

·         Graduate, preferably - MBA or an Engineering background or any other disciplines with Analytical / Statistics/ Digital
