Job Description

Responsibilities


•    Own, develop and improve the global marketing automation and multi-touch attribution processes across channels, including scalability, standard methodologies, future roadmap, and product releases.
•    Take the role of channel owner for outbound. Setting the direction, requirements, and plan for the channel to support Genpact’s business objectives 
•    Stay current on industry standard methodologies and e-privacy laws; implement new features, functionality releases, sophisticated workflows, personalization, and innovative segmentations. 
•    Keep current with the latest technologies and releases with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce.com and advise on their implications for the organization 
•    Regularly supervise and maintain synchronization between Marketing Automation Platform and CRM systems (Crucial Skills). 
•    Develop sophisticated multi-touch lead cultivate campaign journeys across all channels
•    Collaborate with Marketing Operations to establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers through management of our attribution platform
•    Work with partners to define, implement, and continuously improve lead nurture flows, database segmentation, and campaign execution
•    Build and execute new processes to improve marketing automation and attribution efficiencies; build metrics that supervise performance for continuous improvements to areas such as analyzing campaigns, list segmentation, attribution, touch analysis and ensuring the use of reliable and relevant data
•    Evaluate new technologies to continuously improve marketing team performance – good to have
•    Project management skills: As the owner of the global marketing automation process, the AVP should have strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor the implementation of marketing automation initiatives.
•    Data-driven decision-making: The AVP should be proficient in using data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, analyze touchpoints, and make data-driven decisions for improving marketing automation and attribution efficiencies.
•    Leadership and team management: As a senior role, the AVP may be responsible for leading and managing a team of marketing automation specialists. Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide team members are important for success in this position.
