Job Description

Responsibilities

:
Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of AI & Non-AI transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, finance teams, and IT to align AI initiatives with business objectives and ensure successful adoption.
Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new AI tools and processes.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Technology and Process Optimization: Oversee the integration of new technologies into finance processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful implementation of AI projects.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications


Relevant years of experience in driving transformation in HR or enterprise level function or Tech implementation for a medium/large organization
In-depth understanding of ERP systems will be preferred, particularly related to HR will be added advantage
