Responsibilities

 

 

·       End to end program management: Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of digital delivery programs and governance. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

·       Client Engagement Excellence: Lead end-to-end management of client engagements, ensuring meticulous resource fulfilment in multi-vendor environment, scope, and budget definition, resource allocation, and escalation matrix. Focus on maintenance, program optimization, profitability enhancement, and client retention.

·       Relationship and Solution Leadership: Utilize a deep understanding of IT delivery frameworks and automation technologies (RPA, ML, AI, Workflow tools, technology stakes, and broader platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Cloud environments) to propose and lead effective solution strategies tailored to client automation needs.

·       Strategic Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a pulse on their needs and expectations. Drive engagement strategies that reflect an acute awareness of business processes, organizational dynamics, and the competitive landscape.

·       Team Leadership and Development: Spearhead initiatives to augment the delivery team's capabilities. This includes conducting training, integrating automation solutions, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Focus on team building, mentoring, and fostering an environment conducive to growth and excellence.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various platform teams, quality assurance, IT development, IT operations, business analysts, and senior management to propose solutions, resolve issues, and ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

 

·       B.Tech degree

·       Experience in client-facing roles managing projects/programs for Fortune 500 clients, and IT delivery, specifically in banking, capital markets, insurance, or related domains.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

/Skills

 

·        Certifications and Skills: PMP certification preferred. Proficient in Design Thinking, Open and Platform thinking. Strong knowledge of CMM/CMMi/Six Sigma processes.

·       Soft Skills: Exceptional client management, consulting, and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.

·       Domain: Individual with a professional background in Consumer and Healthcare sectors is preferable
