Job Description

Responsibilities


1.    Financial Planning and Analysis:
o    Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, monitor, and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
o    Analyse financial data and provide meaningful insights to drive business performance and growth.
o    Take ownership of preparing accurate and insightful monthly financial reporting, while also managing the overhead allocation methodology
2.    Strategic Business Partner:
o    Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, providing financial insights and guidance.
o    Develop and maintain strong relationships across departments, acting as a trusted advisor for financial matters.
o    Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
3.    Storytelling and Data Analytics:
o    Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.
o    Transform complex financial data into concise and compelling stories to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
o    Develop visually appealing and interactive dashboards using tools such as PowerBI to facilitate data-driven decision making.
4.    Digital Enablement:
o    Leverage digital tools and automation, including PowerBI Automate, to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
o    Identify opportunities for implementing new technologies to improve data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and overall performance.
