Assistant Vice President, Wellbeing Leader

Represent Genpact to external teams (e.g. - Counsellors, CSR vendors) and lead governance and engagement with them

Undertake periodic research and studies to enhance current frameworks and newer areas of opportunities

Represent Well-being function with our clients and position Genpact as a leader in well-being

Own the global well-being strategy and agenda. Bringing external breathing and using domain expertise to drive an employee-cantered well-being framework

Lead the well-being team globally and drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives globally

Design/ Program management experience

Experience in running wellbeing/ Inclusion programs

Masters/Doctorate in the field of Psychology from an accredited university or college

Proven rich and extensive experience in the field of Psychology

Research experience with a capacity to conduct independent data analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
