Job Description

Responsibilities

Optimize HR Shared Services operations with automation and agile deployment approach.

Advance HRSS, achieving Services and financial expectations.

Lead the HRSS team.

Ensure adherence to Service Levels as agreed for the respective processes.

Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas.

Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a regular basis.

Drive regular governance with retained HRSS leader and core HR teams.

Drive change management in the organization to assure the success and adoption of the HR service delivery operating model.

Support team with complex cases and communication/collaboration with retained teams

Support team with transaction processing and query management during high volumes

Support in backup planning, distribution of work amongst the team

Provide proactive team management and coaching.

Drive and support initiatives from quality areas, leading improvements and providing training.

Address and solve any performance/ process issue across the area of responsibility.
