Responsibilities

·         You will be a key point of contact in the service line for Retail Banking opportunities in either the European, APAC or NAM regions. You will support the development of sales strategies, collateral, and solutions to meet the Retail Banking needs of clients – working closely with Sales & DTAI

·         You will support the delivery go-to market plans through managing the relationship with tech partners, salesforce enablement and the execution of targeted campaigns.

·         You will work with Lead Solutions Architects and the Sales team to respond to RFIs and RFPs – completing sections on Retail Banking. You will work with cross functional teams to develop a winning strategy, along with Ops/LDT, Digital and DTAI, then present for internal approval and customer acceptance.

·         Your role will require close alignment with Operational teams, to identify innovations which can be productised, needs which can be met with new technology and benchmark performance.

·         You will need a clear understanding of the regional differences in Retail Banking markets – including regulatory, benchmarking and the competitive landscape.

·         You will contribute to Genpact thought leadership for Retail Banking through POVs / White papers, blogs, articles, and regular social media posts. You will represent Genpact at industry events.
