Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Project Leader Recoveries

We are looking for a guide in essential communications, change management, interpersonal design, employee engagement and employer branding to help fuel growth by leading large, complex business transformation. Someone with rich and tasteful experience in Deductions management, Trade Promotions Management,CRM Solutions, Order to Cash, Digital Solutions etc.).

Role:

Incumbent will be part of Deductions Management team within Genpact, primary role & responsibilities will be to drive highly energetic delivery teams to identify revenue leakage opportunities owing to Deductions/ disputes/ claims/short payment on invoices. It requires strong domain experience in overall Order To Cash value chain, Trade Spend management & upstream supply chain functions, in CPG and Life Sciences industry sector, The incumbent will be responsible for building innovative solutions, participate in pre-sales, build proposals independently and deliver by creating strong team.

CPG organization losing 8-10% revenue due to disputes and claims and write off huge amount of money. The role requires to recover loses within claims & dispute process and improve margin for clients as well as Genpact.. A core part of the role is also to work with client leadership, cross-functional internal teams, and strategic technology partners to deliver business impact through operational excellence and digital transformation. Salesforce, Celonis, HighRadius,SAP functional expertise will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a global team of 50100 professionals in delivering and transforming deductions and claims processes across multiple clients.

Own the deductions and claims capability for Genpact, including strategy, solution design, process excellence, digital innovation, and delivery governance.

Provide thought leadership on deductions recovery frameworks and build consulting propositions for clients.
