Job Description

Responsibilities

·         Own the creation and implementation of the Marketing Technology strategy.

·         Own the delivery of all digital marketing channels, including web, social media, paid media and outbound. This will include managing a team to execute communications, campaigns and BAU updates across these channels, in addition to managing channel specific compliance, security and data privacy etc. This role will work in partnership with our Head of Channel Strategy who will outline the vision of how these channels will underpin our brand and marketing strategy.

·         Develops and maintains strong partnerships with Brand, marketing operations, IT, and vendors to ensure coordinated implementation and deployments.

·         Partner closely with peers and leaders to support implementation of major business initiatives across the company

·         Understand best practice marketing processes and regulation and align technology solutions to optimize those processes across the business

·         Help select and provide comparisons for marketing technology solutions (at times to support core system integrations)

·         Serve as the ongoing business owner for data, applications, and systems that support Marketing

·         Ongoing analytics delivery to provide insights for better decision making

·         Ensure Marketing products and channels meet security and legal requirements

·         Take the Marketing lead for any audits that require Marketing inputs

·         Lead proof of concept efforts to quickly test and validate new solutions in Marketing

·         Construct key marketing reporting mechanisms, including dashboards and reports.

·         Keep current with the latest technologies and advise on their implications for the organization

·         Interacts with technology to ensure the successful implementation of business intent

·         Analyzes new business requirements, determines current performance, and builds and manages detailed project plans to implement improvements and/or corrective actions

·         Partners in the development of training and adoption materials to support initiatives

·         Define and implement best practice operational playbooks/frameworks/automations to support an omni-channel martech ecosystem
