Responsibilities


Strategy: Continuously improve the operating model methodology for demand generation activities
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 demand generation specialists, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
Prospect Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers, developing insights to guide outreach efforts.
Campaign Management: Planning and execution of email and social lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.
Social Selling: Develop and implement social selling strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to identify and engage potential leads.
Sales technology stack: Utilize automation tools to deliver campaigns, track performance, and enhance lead nurturing.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and seamless handoff of leads.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on best practices in lead generation and use of tools and technologies.
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and lead quality to continuously refine strategies and improve results.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and actionable insights for senior management
