Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Collections Service Line leader
-
Will be point persons for all collections inquiries coming across for primarily APAC companies but will support the rest of the world as needed
-
Will assist with all RFP and RFI requests that come across for APAC/rest of world collections opportunities
-
Will assist with all onboarding clients as deals are won
-
Will become service line point person which includes process mapping, individual country solutions and managing the final solution report out process for the client
-
Will work closely with the account managers and sales managers to respond to inquiries for POV’s /POC’s
-
Will work with the account managers to be proactive on reaching out to current clients and prospective clients to maintain relationships and to provide them market updates
-
Will partner with the broader global service line team to address opportunities in the Cora offerings for APAC specifically
-
Must have a solid working knowledge of the regulatory landscape throughout
APAC/rest of world
