Responsibilities

Assist with the relationship management across targeted advisor firms to pursue generate invites for bids

Manage the advisor relations engagement calendar

Establish trusted relationships with key advisors

Develop a solid understanding of Genpacts strategy and that of the competition

Interact with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization establish strong relationships and understanding of their areas of focus and strategy

Identify client opportunities for collective pursuits to create value for our clients
-
Coach internal stakeholders on advisor briefings
-
Coach Internal stakeholders on RFP responses based on advisor input to ensure best content and storytelling

Conduct and lead events that facilitate meaningful interactions between Genpact leaders and advisors
