Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant TPA (Third-Party Administrator) Executive at our Sonipat location. The Assistant TPA Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day TPA operations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of insurance claims and approvals, maintaining records, and liaising with internal teams and insurance companies. This role involves providing support to patients in navigating the claims process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance claims processing and TPA coordination
• Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and report preparation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to assist patients and coordinate with insurance representatives
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic computer operations
• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 Years of Experience in Third-Party Administration (TPA) processes, claims handling, and policy coordination.
