This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Assistant Tour Manager. The Assistant Tour Manager will assist in planning and coordinating tours, managing travel logistics, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the tour. Responsibilities include managing itineraries, liaising with vendors, handling travel documentation, resolving on-site challenges, and maintaining quality service during tours. This role will support the lead tour manager in delivering exceptional travel experiences.
- Strong skills in itinerary planning, organization, and time management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of travel logistics, destination specifics, and vendor coordination
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic situations
- Proficiency with travel management systems and familiarity with current travel regulations
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism management is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on tour schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is desirable
