Hiring: Purchase & Stores Specialist MGM Healthcare


About the Role:

Join MGM Healthcare in our Purchase & Stores Department and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of medical supplies and equipment. You will manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and support seamless coordination across hospital departments to keep operations running efficiently.

What Youll Do:

  • Receive & verify medical supplies against POs & invoices
  • Manage inventory: storage, batch tracking, FIFO/FEFO, expiry management
  • Issue materials & maintain accurate records
  • Conduct stock counts, audits & reconciliations
  • Coordinate with IP/OP/Cathlab/OT & procurement teams
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness & regulatory compliance


What Were Looking For:

  • Diploma/Bachelors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or related
  • 17 years in store operations (healthcare/pharma preferred)
  • Knowledge of medical inventory & regulatory standards
  • ERP/inventory system familiarity
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation & communication skills
