Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9 Hours
Working Days: 6 days week, rotational week off
Joining: Immediate preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day store operations,ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
- Drive sales and help achieve store targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store displays.
- Monitor stock, manage inventory, and assist replenishment.
- Oversee billing, cash, and POS accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies and store standards.
- Prepare and support sales/operation reports.
Requirements
- 2-3 years retail experience is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (sales reports, inventory tracking, rosters)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-friendly, confident, and well-groomed.
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.
