We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering a bespoke luxury experience.

This role requires someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, understands the nuances of women's fashion, and can assist in managing store operations with style, grace, and attention to detail.

As the right hand to the Store Manager, youll ensure that every client walking into Jade feels empowered, celebrated, and beautifully styled.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional in-store experience aligned with Jade by Ashimas luxury standards.

Assist clients with styling, fittings, and personalized wardrobe recommendations.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Meet sales targets through effective product showcasing and upselling.

Stay updated with fashion trends and contribute creative styling ideas.

Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and consistent with brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Passion for fashion and styling.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven with a focus on customer service.

Previous experience in fashion retail or luxury brands preferred.
