Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Assistant Manager SEO who has strong hands-on experience in managing multiple client accounts within a digital marketing agency setup. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Team Handling, On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, along with strong client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SEO strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Handle and mentor a team of SEO executives to ensure quality deliverables and timely execution.
• Develop and implement result-driven SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Execute advanced On-Page SEO optimization (meta tags, keyword mapping, content optimization, internal linking, etc.).
• Conduct comprehensive Technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema implementation, etc.) and ensure implementation of fixes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients conduct regular calls, provide performance updates, explain strategies, and address queries proactively.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor website performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Perform detailed competitor analysis and keyword research.
• Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams for seamless SEO execution.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of SEO experience with recent digital marketing agency exposure.
• Proven experience in team handling and managing multiple client portfolios.
• Strong expertise in On-Page SEO and Technical SEO.
• Experience in direct client communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
