Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Noida. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales strategies, building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and marketing team, analyzing market trends, and creating strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including handling client inquiries and negotiating contracts to meet revenue goals
  • Travel regularly to corporate offices, companies, and client locations to generate and close business
  • Identify new business opportunities through field visits and referrals
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and closures using CRM tools
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and analyzing market opportunities
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with hotel or resort sales processes
  • minimum 2 years of experience in sales in Delhi NCR
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in hospitality or sales management roles is preferred
