Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager for the Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune & ROM region with a proven track record in FMCG sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in General Trade Placement, adept at managing relationships with retail associations, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the capability to add, manage, and create multiple distributors simultaneously. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, executing secondary placement and driving sales. Knowledge of retail and wholesale distribution channels, coupled with experience in setting up FMCG distribution in the Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune & ROM region , is essential. Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, with a focus on FMCG products
• Experience in General Trade Placement of products & managing relationships across retail association for Mumbai region
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adding, Managing & Creating multiple Distributors simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment to do secondary placement/sales
• Knowledge of retail & wholesale distribution channels
• Experience in setting up FMCG distribution for Mumbai & Navi Mumbai region
