About the Role

We are hiring a B2B Assistant Sales Manager for our Chennai branch to strengthen and expand our travel agent & trade partner network within the Chennai market.

This role focuses on partner acquisition, relationship management, and B2B revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage travel agents & B2B partners in Chennai

Conduct agent meetings, presentations, and product trainings

Promote Switrus Europe group tours and B2B travel solutions

Support agents with itineraries, pricing, and confirmations

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets

Coordinate with operations and contracting teams

Represent Switrus at trade events, roadshows, and networking meets

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B travel sales / partnerships

Strong familiarity with Chennai travel trade market

Experience in DMC, tour operations, or service industry preferred

Skills Required

Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Strong relationship-building and partner management abilities

Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

Good reporting, CRM, and follow-up discipline

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
