Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include overseeing client accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to drive revenue growth and promote customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales abilities and skills in client relationship management.
- Experience in strategic planning and executing sales plans.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and lead generation.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in the F&B or design industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Knowledge of CRM software tools is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai.
- Result-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
