Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Assistant Sales Manager. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The role also involves providing support in ensuring sales targets are met, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationship.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market, especially in Pune, and familiarity with sales trends and customer expectations
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a customer-focused role is preferred
