Driving Sales & Marketing

Achieving the given target for the region / zone.

Understanding the suitability of products for customer applications

Providing demo and arranging customer trials for these products

Ensure getting purchase orders at most competitive rates through negotiations.

For high value orders, coordinate with all stakeholders for effective execution.

Participate in various sales exhibitions & trade shows.


Business Development

Identify new industries and applications where these products can be promoted in the given

region.

Identifying customers (new and existing) for promoting existing or new products.

Get market intelligence of competitors products features and pricing.

To watch closely for opportunities to penetrate in new industries.

Team Management

Inducting new team members in the team on the sales processes as and when required.

Provide guidance to the sales team on the technical aspect of the product.

Visit customers jointly along with sales engineers wherever required for getting the orders.

Support the pre-sales team while closing high value deals by providing the discount and pricing

information.


Reports and analysis

Review Planner and Daily Visit Reports (DVR) for the region.

Review the sales funnel on a weekly basis.

Provide analysis on the execution targets and achieved figures on a weekly / monthly basis.

Work in close coordination with Group Incharge & AVP Sales for analysis of the performance

of the region.

Annual projections and presentations to the management.
