This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at our Noida office. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, building and nurturing client relationships, supporting the sales team in achieving targets, and developing strategies to improve revenue. The Assistant Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving the success of sales initiatives.

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Building, and Team Collaboration
• Strong skills in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Strategy Development
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous but not mandatory
