About the RoleWe are seeking high-performing Sales Professionals with a strong background in real estate sales and a proven ability to drive revenue, handle teams, and close high-value deals. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who can contribute strategically to business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for market expansion
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Conduct client presentations, site visits, and negotiations
- Close high-ticket transactions with a consultative sales approach
- Track sales performance and share regular MIS/reporting
