Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai, India.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager. The candidate should have strong field sales experience and exposure to the industrial safety segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell MSA Latchways safety lifeline systems across assigned territories.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial, PEB, and CAPEX equipment sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
• Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales as per targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and installation.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.

Industry Exposure Required:

• Industrial Safety
• PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Industry
• CAPEX Equipment

Key Requirements:

• Strong field sales experience is strictly mandatory.
• Experience in industrial or safety equipment sales preferred.
• Ability to handle technical discussions with clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region.

Experience

5 years & above of relevant sales experience (preferred in safety or industrial equipment).
