The organisation has a team of highly qualified individuals and provides dedicated support through a customer support and relationship team to make certain that each client has a smooth and personalised experience.


Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in Gurugram. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales strategy execution, building client relationships, assisting in generating leads, coordinating with developers, negotiating deals, and managing the sales lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating with teams to implement effective sales plans, monitoring market trends, and maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Ability to analyse market trends and provide strategic insights
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience in the real estate sector or related industries is mandatory
  • Proficient in team collaboration and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sales tools and CRM systems is beneficial
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 27 years of experience in luxury real estate / high-value B2C sales


Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Compensation: 5 LPA 12 LPA + High Performance Incentives
