Key Responsibilities


Sales Generation

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and outreach.
  • Present and pitch products/services confidently to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.


Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to increase repeat business.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Keep customers informed about product updates, offers, and promotions.


Market Research

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights to refine sales approaches and identify untapped sales opportunities.


Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales pipelines.
  • Prepare timely sales reports for review by senior management.
  • Keep updated on product features and industry developments.


Collaboration & Contribution

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
  • Contribute to collective sales strategies and promotional planning.

  • Understand products/services thoroughly to present value effectively.
