Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at our Bengaluru location. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing daily sales operations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting senior sales representatives. The role includes setting sales targets, assisting in implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and preparing performance reports to ensure consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop layout options, design concepts, and interior themes as per client requirements.

Meet new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Prepare design presentations, tender drawings, sketches, and proposal letters.

Create designs using AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Google SketchUp, 2D CAD, 3D Rendering, and 3D Visualization tools.

Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and quotations for clients.

Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets.

Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.

Conduct material surveys and assist clients in material selection.

Visit project sites for measurements and coordination.

Requirements

Minimum 23 years of experience in interior designing with sales exposure.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design.

Educational qualifications accepted:

B.Sc / B.A / B.Des in Interior Design

Diploma in Interior Design

Preferred Skills:

Strong client-handling and communication skills

Sales-oriented mindset

Ability to manage multiple projects

Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution processes
