Role Overview As a Team Lead Sales at Crack-ED, youll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives to drive candidate conversions and revenue. You will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from candidate acquisition to corporate alignment ensuring targets are met while maintaining highquality engagement. This role demands a mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.

Monitor and optimize the candidate pipeline to ensure consistent flow aligned with client and program requirements.

Drive conversions by tracking candidate progress from initial contact to corporate selection and onboarding.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Corporate Relations teams to ensure seamless coordination.

Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for better efficiency.

Report performance insights and revenue outcomes to senior management on a regular basis.

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.

What Were Looking For

25 years of experience in Sales, Business Development (Ed Tech experience preferred).

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and impact.
