Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Sales of Residential Units.
Manage day-to-day sales activities
Product understanding and devising the strategy and segment to sell.
Management of Broker and Channel Partner Sales
Seeking out and introducing buyers
Offering advice on current market conditions
Arranging and overseeing inspections
Good Negotiation Skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Decisions expected to be made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of legalities and
procedures.
Negotiate business terms for all real estate contracts including but not limited to new,
purchases and renewals.
Manage critical dates, and update senior management on upcoming critical decisions
Assist in Sales strategy development and creation of Sales Plans
Own responsibility for the implementation of the Sales program to achieve time / cost / quality
targets.
Driving Sales Targets.
Assistance to Database team.
Worksite campaigns.
Lead generation and sales closures.
After Sales assistance.
Should be able to manage team of sales at a later stage.
Engage and participate in International road shows and Investors meet.
Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
To perform duties adhering to a high professional and ethical standard
Maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance
Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
