Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Kochi with minimum 6-8 years experience in Builders Industry .The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and engaging new clients, and maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers. The role also involves contributing to achieving sales targets, preparing reports, monitoring market trends, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and market trend analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
• Team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively on-site
• Organizational and time management skills for meeting deadlines and achieving sales goals
• Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
